We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, can lead an install crew, and is comfortable communicating with homeowners.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, mini splits, etc.)
  • Supervise and mentor installation helpers
  • Read and interpret blueprints, job layouts, and technical specifications
  • Ensure installations meet code requirements and manufacturer specifications
  • Perform system start-ups, testing, and commissioning
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and uphold company safety standards
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, answer questions, and review installation details
  • Document materials used, job completion notes, and system data
  • Report to management on job progress and any issues encountered

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • EPA certification required
  • Ability to braze, run line sets, and install ductwork to high standards
  • Comfortable working with all major brands and system types
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Able to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas

Preferred:

  • NATE certification
  • Experience installing inverter systems (e.g., Daikin Fit)
  • Familiarity with Georgia residential building codes

  • Assist with installing HVAC systems, ductwork, and components
  • Carry materials, tools, and equipment to/from job sites
  • Help prepare and clean up job sites daily
