What we do publish: the $79 diagnostic, typically charged; the free replacement estimate; the $49 seasonal tune-up while active; and up to $1,000 off a new system, some restrictions may apply. Financing is through Service Finance: 18 months at 0% interest, 12 months with no payments and no interest, or 180 months at 9.99%. The Southeast Family Plan is $149 a year for the first system and $109 for each additional one: two visits, standard 1-inch pleated filters, drain and coil cleaning, 15% off qualifying repairs, priority service and no after-hours charge. It transfers to a new homeowner, and more than 1,000 homeowners are members. Non-member after-hours pricing varies and is confirmed before we dispatch.
